2018 Impala Premier I had been watching this particular vehicle for a couple of months and when the price was right, I contacted Hertz. Dale Oe responded with all the inf I had been watching this particular vehicle for a couple of months and when the price was right, I contacted Hertz. Dale Oe responded with all the information I requested. When I showed up to the dealer, he had the car parked right outside the office, ready for my family and I. My wife was also curious about an SUV, so while we were driving the Impala, Dale had the SUV brought up and ready for us when we got back. This was a great experience, with no pressure and a lot of laughs. From the time we showed up, to the time we left with the car, about 2.5 hours had past. I would highly recommend Hertz, especially Dale Oe, when looking for a used car, truck or SUV. Excellent customer service!!! More
