fair price without the "high pressure sales" experience we were shopping for a new Toyota sienna for about 4 months. had a very bad experience at Teton Toyota (high pressure sales tactics and trying to push we were shopping for a new Toyota sienna for about 4 months. had a very bad experience at Teton Toyota (high pressure sales tactics and trying to push us into a higher trim level).when we went to Hertz we got a 2019 van in excellent condition in the trim we wanted with 15,000 miles and no hassles. when we got it home we noticed a small crack in the windshield but Hertz immediately took care of it no questions asked. I believe that we paid a fair price for the van and would recommend them to a friend. Bill and Carlos were great to work with, i would do so again if we need another car. More

But Carlos especially has helped us in a non pressure environment find exactly the vehicle we’ve needed every time! I can’t recommend these guys enough. One of my daughter’s cars she had for over a year developed issues with the extreme heat of Vegas when she took it to UNLV and Cody & Carlos went above and beyond to get it fixed and finally replaced when the repair shops in Vegas and St. George couldn’t resolve the issue. They were able to get her into a new car as she’d lost trust in the old one, even after Hertz was able to repair it fully.
