First Time Car Buyer Our car finally was going down hill after 16 years, we loved our little car, but it was time to get a new one. After reading reviews, Hertz had great reviews and we knew we wanted to go there. A couple minutes after hitting the lot, Carlos came up, he has great reviews, and helped us test drive a few cars. We already had our eyes on one in particular, but wanted us to try others. Said if you don’t like it, it’ll be a quick trip. After the first car, the other was a quick trip haha. Carlos was great through the whole process, answered all our questions and more. We got to the dealership at 9 and left in our new car by 1:30. It was a great/exciting/nervous day! I would recommend Hertz to anyone and everyone, great experience. More
