On the 7th at 6pm our sales person “Johnny” informs me the vehicle never left their dealership. It is now Monday the 11th and we’ve yet to be given so much as a date that the transportation company will even pick it up, much less when we’ll receive it. In the mean time, we just get the run around from Cody the GM. He did inform me that he sells so many cars that he can’t be involved in all the dealings. Ironically my wife was able to get a quote and delivery date from another 3rd party (Road Runner) in about 10minutes time. Kudos to your sales volume Cody!
