We did a lot of research and were really impressed by the prices listed on late model cars on Hertz of Denver's website. The mileage on these cars is high, but they've been well maintained and cared for - and come with an excellent warranty. We felt she couldn't get a better car for the price, and she was really excited about having a nice 'new' car. So we decided to check this dealer out. We were not at all disappointed. The selection of cars was very good and it didn't take long to find the car that was perfect. We were able to find a 2013 model car with payments within our daughter's budget - right at $250/mo. Plus we have the comfort of knowing that the car is warrantied for 3 yrs / 36,000 miles directly with the manufacturer. Our sales rep was Floyd Pratt who had to be one of the most low-key, helpful and straight-forward gentlemen we've ever met. He helped us get the process started and did a great job of keeping us company while we waited for financing to go through. It was truly a pleasure meeting him. We also have to give a big shout-out to Derrick, because he really went the extra mile to assist with financing. Our daughter had zero credit, but we were co-signing and had great credit. Still, all of the banks were denying our application. Derrick didn't think this seemed right, so he stared digging and found that our daughter had a 'recycled' social security number that was causing some confusion. He told us what he needed (just a couple of documents) and was able to straighten everything out. Not only did we get a loan with good terms, he also put what was needed in place to avoid future conflicts. He could have just pushed us off to a more high-risk, higher rate lender, but he took the time to get to the root of the problem and fix it. All that said, we've made many car purchases over the years.... this experience stands out as the best. More

He said to look around and he'll check back with us in about 15 minutes or so. No pressure, very relaxed. When Floyd came back to us, he asked if we had any questions. We did and he answered them with much knowledge about each make and model. He made my daughter's first buying experience great! He was truthful about the performance of each vehicle, which cars had higher ratings and what to expect in some models. We all appreciated his no pressure attitude and made it fun for our daughter. When our daughter decided on a car, both Floyd and Derrick, Finance Manager, were very efficient with the paperwork. Waiting time was minimal. They both were very clear in their explanations of what my daughter was signing and what her payments would be. Floyd showed car to us, let us test-drive it, but we never once felt pressured or mis-directed. Floyd pulled the car history for us, answered all of our questions, and was extremely friendly. The price on the car was the price we paid, but we never felt gouged. The price was the fair market price according to external estimators. We also were amazed that Hertz offered 12 month or 12000 miles warranty on the used car. We were comfortable purchasing the vehicle knowing that we have warranty. Overall, our experience was tremendous: great customer service by Floyd and the rest of the team stress-free and fair pricing structure, and even a free points for car rental. :) Thanks Floyd and Hertz team for the wonderful experience! Saw a potential candidate on cars.com and thought I'd check it out. Enter: Floyd. Unlike the idiots at Medved and various other large dealerships in the Denver area, he was patient, didn't press unless he was following up with something, and is a nice guy who's good at what he does. He's polite, honest, and a stand up guy, and I appreciated that a lot. More
