He gave us space to explore and then he would check in with us. Floyd was straight forward in answering our questions about the car and the financing process. He walked us through the entire process and made everything simple. Floyd was amazing! He was professional, helpful, and kind. This is the best dealership to buy a car from. My husband emailed about a car and within two hours we had a reply from Ray Newman. I went in on my lunch break and took a test drive. We were already pre-approved before we started looking. The car was perfect. Floyd Pratt started our paperwork so it was ready when we both were off work, he is absolutely awesome. By the time we arrived to pick up the car, Derek Zuver had our percentage rate down by 2% from our original approval. Total time in the dealership was about an hour and a half total. Flloyd called the next day to make sure we were happy. You can't get any better service period, then what we received at Hertz. Leslie & Chuck More
