Fantastic Experience I bought a vehicle I was in love with from another dealer, and three months later it was apparent it was not the car for me. I originally spoke with I bought a vehicle I was in love with from another dealer, and three months later it was apparent it was not the car for me. I originally spoke with Brian about five months ago, and a variety of things happened, including my mother going into the ICU. Brian was kind and patient during that time, and gracious when I ultimately informed him I had purchased a vehicle else where. When I realized I needed a different vehicle, he was the first person I thought of. Hertz had the vehicle I needed, though it was in Idaho. They told me the car would be here in Billings by three p.m. the next day, and at 3:08 p.m the next day Brian called me to tell me the vehicle had arrived. It was exactly as advertised. Hertz gave me a fair price for my vehicle, and the vehicle I ended up purchasing was priced at its kbb value. There was no high pressure anything, and no one tried to talk me into doing something or pay more than I wanted or could do. I tend to keep my vehicles for a long time, but if I ever need to buy another vehicle I will return to Hertz. I highly and unreservedly recommend this dealership and Brian and Sal to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Mark the finance guy was fantastic too. Again, no high pressure to buy additional services I didn't want or need. He just presented the services available, and allowed me to make my own decision. More

We decided to have something to eat at the restaurant next door while Chris will attend to the tire. Great was my surprize when Chris showed up at the restaurant with my key informing us the vehicle is sorted out and parked outside.
