Brad was very knowledgeable about all the autos that we were interested in.He also treated us with trust and respect. We visited 3 dealerships that day and Brad was the only salesman that allowed us to test drive by ourselves. I believe we decided right then and there that we would be back to buy from Brad. When we did return to buy the car that we test drove the process was relatively easy and fast! Brad is a breath of fresh air! I'd also like to send some "kudos" out to Kelly in finacing! He also was amazing! Didn't try to push the sale of all those extras, but explained everything clearly and then took our answer and went on. We will come back to Hertz for sure! More
