I initially went to the dealership to test drive a vehicle only; while the visit did result in me buying a vehicle that same day, I never felt pressured or misled – Lorenzo was very informative and answered all of my questions with pleasure. Lorenzo and his coworkers made me feel comfortable at the dealership; everyone is so very welcoming and, most importantly, they do not waste your time. A common reputation of car salesmen is that their only objective is to get money out of you; but, Lorenzo disproved that reputation, providing incredible service and a pleasant experience. We had a negative equity in our other car and James and the finance team helped us with this no questions ok well a lot of questions asked and rightfully so. We are so in love with our car!! Do yourself a favor and try any other dealership first. These guys have very low value added and very poor customer service and follow-through.They over promise and under deliver. Even the license plate did not arrive until the temporary one had already expired. That being said Hyundai regional was nice enough to step in and resolve our issues with the dealership and reimbursed us in payments and warranty. The service team was also excellent and adequately cleaned up the mess that the sales team gave them. Still, please shop for Hyundai cars anywhere else. Eddie - don't believe his lies :D More
STAY AWAY!!! UNPROFESSIONAL! RUDE! FALSE PROMISES! One of the worst experiences of my family's life!!! False promises through email and the promised price of the vehicle motivated us to drive the 2 hour trip, however once we arrived the sales manager, Eddie Torres, who calls himself "The Boss!" had no prior knowledge of my arrival and once he remembered one of the promises offered to me by his other sales manager, which was swapping rims from one Sonata Turbo to a Sonata Hybrid, "The Boss!" in a very unprofessional way basically said, "We can't do that!...blah blah blah...it's against policy and we'll be fined." The 2 Sonatas I was interested in were not pulled up front as promised for test drive and my family had to wait for ever until they brought them up. Once negotiating began on pricing and trade, they took again forever to offer me what was stated in several emails...especially the value of my trade in which they stated in email that they base their trade in value using KBB giving me a range of " $11,700 - 12,400 with 120% above KBB" .... "The Boss!" however stated that they do not use KBB and offered me $10,000....which I stated was a slap in the face....Once my wife walked out with our 5 year old...Eddie the "Boss!" continued to offer us a deal until 9:45pm in the parking lot (45 mins after they already closed).... The "Boss" did eventually offer $12,000 for the trade, but at this point my family and I was just sick and tired of the way we were treated! Overall, we left feeling disrespected, taken advantage of, and treated like a true sleazy "Used Car Salesman" would treat their customer...that's right...the "Boss!", Mr. Torres, the so called "Man in charge"...is just that...a Used Car Salesman!!!! STAY AWAY!!! I WARNED YOU!!! More
