Friendly staff but they are lairs/ not customer oriented I bought my car (New 2015 Hyundai Elantra) from this dealer a year ago and they were nothing but lairs! I came in with a bank loan and an APR, so I wa I bought my car (New 2015 Hyundai Elantra) from this dealer a year ago and they were nothing but lairs! I came in with a bank loan and an APR, so I wasn't interested in financing with them at all. They still wanted to try, and to get into my credit they asked me to sign a credit check form saying that it was for a 'snapshot' of my address. Now, a year later, I've learned that they lie to customers to get them to sign up for a blue link subscription . They will tell you that it is free for a year and that Blue link will call you before your subscription ends and will NOT auto renew. I woke up to a $200 charge because they DID auto-renew. I spoke with Bluelink and they said that this is not the first time this dealer has lied about this to get customers to sign up and put their card info in. I know dealers are schemy but beware of this dealer and stick to your guns if you want to buy a car from here! More
