Hertrich Hyundai is the car dealer to go to. I went into Hertrich Hyundai after have a ridiculous amount of problems with a Hyndai Sonata that I had bought in PA. When I entered Hertrich they had I went into Hertrich Hyundai after have a ridiculous amount of problems with a Hyndai Sonata that I had bought in PA. When I entered Hertrich they had already been closed for about 20 minutes, but one of their sales reps, Luis Ortiz, welcomed us in and took down our information so we could try to set something up for the following day. After a breif talk with his manager Luis decided to stay after hours to get me into a brand new car. I was very stressed before I got there because I was unsure whether or not I could trade in my sonata, but Luis started up a friendly conversation me and made me feel very comfortable like I was talking with an old friend. He was beyond helpful and so accomodating. He stayed with us until almost 11pm and got me into a brand new car at a price that was reasonable and affordable. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you plan on visting Hertrich, look for Mr. Luis Ortiz. He's the guys to see! More
