Horrible dealership Horrible customer service! We took my husbands aunt there to look for a reliable used vehicle. Prior to going we called and explained her situation to Horrible customer service! We took my husbands aunt there to look for a reliable used vehicle. Prior to going we called and explained her situation to see if they could help, they told us yes and had a vehicle waiting for her to look at. We took her up, she fell in love with it, we came back the next day worked out a deal, signed papers, got the keys and left with the vehicle. A MONTH LATER they call her and say there was an issue with her financing and they need her to bring in more pay stubs. She drives up there in the vehicle to bring them the pay stubs they had asked for, only for them to ambush her and tell her they were taking the vehicle back, that her financing had fallen through. They dropped her off at another dealership with her belongings and drove off with the car leaving her stranded in tears. Luckily the other dealership actually had a heart and cared about their customers. They not only got her a loaner car for the night, but the next day got her into a very nice SUV at a better price than Hertrich Ford had given her. It was an extremely traumatic experience and completely unwarranted, just shows that they do not care for or respect their customers! More

I had no intentions on leaving the lot with a brand new Ford Focus. Richie Shive, Bruce and Dave are miracle workers! They never forced my hand, they answered every question I could possibly think of, and they made me feel comfortable with trading in my current vehicle. They offered me above market value for my vehicle, and then they made sure my payments were realistic for my lifestyle. These guys weren't sales people, they were REAL people. Having conversations about career aspirations and family dynamics while I test drove the vehicle were really genuine. I can go on about my experience at Hertrich, but you have to see it to believe it. thought i could trust bought a used car from them very friendly salesman acted like he knew what he was talking about took car home for a night seemed good signed paperwork bought a used car from them very friendly salesman acted like he knew what he was talking about took car home for a night seemed good signed paperwork. the very next day noticed a loud noise in the rear of car and was shaking took to a friend who had a shop. 2hrs later called and asked were i got the car i told him he said no way this car passed state inspection the rear tie rod was stripped only held by a few threads and been stripped for a while both cv axles were bad he said no inspector should have missed that the headlights were off one was blinding on coming traffic rear struts were bad and got a bad left rear hub assy $1150.00 later and 2 days seemed fine driving home from work all my traction control abs steering assist lights came on took to mechanic said front left hub speed sensor wire had broke in the past and someone repaired it in the past got whole harness replaced after 1 month abs module went bad other three wheel hub sensors go bad this car has been a nightmare from day 1 the salesman called me and asked how i like it i told him everything and never herd from again oh ya did i say when i bought the car sales manager told me i got good deal because they put a lot of money in that car my mechanic is still scratching his head on that one More
