I had a great experience at Hertrich from the time I ordered the truck in June with the help of Eric, the updating process, and the final delivery in November. JoBeth was up front with me with respect to a chip in the driver's side door and the process that would take place to correct it when Eric was not working that day. Eric then assisted me in picking up the vehicle and walking me through how everything works and then showing me how to access the Ram Owner website. He has also sent me tutorials on how the electronics in the vehicle function. Aaron was very helpful in explaining the financial transactions and understanding the warranties offered.
