My entire experience at this dealership was stellar! Tyrell, my sales person, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He answered all of my questions, explained all of the features of the vehicle I was interested in, and gave me and my husband time to discuss and consider our options without being pushy or rushing us (even though we didn't get to the dealership until an hour before they closed). When we decided to make the purchase, Matt the finance associate, took his time to outline a clear pricing breakdown and look into all of the options to get the best financing rate. Once that was completed, Jo Beth reviewed all of the paperwork that needed to be signed, explaining each in detail and not rushing through the process even though the dealership had now closed due to us getting there late. We never felt pressured or rushed, and we are completely happy with the way the entire transaction of trading in a car and purchasing a new vehicle was handled - it was seamless!
