He surprised me when he pulled upfront with this beautiful white Jeep With black wheels and sunroof. I was sold after first look and test drive! Matt Zambanini the Sales Manager was awesome very friendly, patient and helpful with me achieving my best payment option. I was amazed on the timely painless process of ending my leased Jeep to setting up and driving away in my new fabulous White Jeep! He was the best! I would highly recommend this team and dealership! Misleading and deceptive dealership, filing a complaint with better business bureau. Falsely advertise certified pre-owned vehicle leaving out they are NOT manufacturer certified they are dealership certif with better business bureau. Falsely advertise certified pre-owned vehicle leaving out they are NOT manufacturer certified they are dealership certified. Never mentioned this at anytime during the purchase process. They utilize the same verbiage right from the Ram certified pre-owned program. This only was brought to light when I returned to the dealership to drop off paperwork and asked about my 90 day free SiriusXM subscription for buying a certified pre-owned vehicle. Then and only then I was told it wasn’t really a certified pre-owned vehicle. Apparently there was a small disclaimer at the bottom of the ad, shame on me I guess. Well at least everyone will know of my experience and you can decide if you want to do business with a dealership that operates like that. More
