The facility is nice, but the svc dept did not perform professionally or to my expectations. We dropped our car off at 12:30 for a scheduled appt. No one called us to tell us the car would not be ready professionally or to my expectations. We dropped our car off at 12:30 for a scheduled appt. No one called us to tell us the car would not be ready for pick up that day. We found this out when we called to check the status and were told the svc dept closed at 6 and no one was there. When we tried obtain more information, the sales person that answered the phone kept cutting us off by instructing us to "take it up with svc". Some of the issues that we took the Jeep in for were not resolved. I tried reaching out to our sales person, Eric, for more assistance but he did not respond to my text. More

Ty was my salesperson that I had been working with for 6 months while I waited for my new Jeep to arrive. He was fantastic. He kept me up to date with the progress and when I should expect delivery.
