Upset finding I was given the cup holder slip-in for the passenger side door, No floor mats front or back were offered or in vehicle, was not asked about the extended Warranty Package I purchased when I pur passenger side door, No floor mats front or back were offered or in vehicle, was not asked about the extended Warranty Package I purchased when I purchased my previous RAM from same dealership I was not informed of the incentives to buy except the 0% financing, may because the 0% was a "No Brainer"? Was very pleased the old RAM 2020, customer purchased items were removed for me so they could be reinstalled on my new 2021! Sales side of the dealership was outstanding to work with with the exception of previously mentioned items. Service side of the was very helpful removing my old add-ons, especially returning even the old mounting parts. How ever they were not able to schedule the reinstall until the 11th of October. I had a need to have them installed prior to Sept 30th. Went to another dealership and had my need satisfied. I've made these remarks to help the dealership. One last cudo, This dealership had the EXACT Model I was looking for, No other dealership within 75 miles did! Hope this evaluation will be taken as a sincere appraisal of the service I did received.
