My salesman at the dealership, Rich, was kind, friendly and worked diligently with paperwork. My issue is with the dealership. I wanted to buy the car that day (Saturday) and the system went down so I could not complete my paperwork and leave the dealership with the car. I had to come back on Monday to pick up my vehicle. When I did pick up the vehicle, everything was ready and in good order. This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and I was turned off by the fact that I wasn't able to walk off the lot because of system problems. Other than that, the process was very accomodating.
