Bought new Buick lacrosse last June .. Took in for oil change in Dec 2011. Car came back to me damaged on its side and grease all inside the car Took Dealer 3 months to have repaired. In again for oil change and clunking noise in front end May 2012.Car came back again a mess.Was told that nothing wrong with vehicle. Car is still clunking.Service told me to bring back if noise gets worse that I have plenty of warranty. These folks only care about the sale. More

07 HUMMER H3 WITH 37,100 MILES BEGAN MAKING SINGLE CLUNK ABOUT 400 MILES AGO ON RIGHT TURNS. NOW SOUNDS LIKE A LOUD HAMMER HITTING THE RF FRAME. SOME-WHAT INCLINE I FIGURED AXEL BEARING. TEST DROVE WIT ABOUT 400 MILES AGO ON RIGHT TURNS. NOW SOUNDS LIKE A LOUD HAMMER HITTING THE RF FRAME. SOME-WHAT INCLINE I FIGURED AXEL BEARING. TEST DROVE WITH AUTO TECH. HE RECOMMENDED SAME AND RETURNED TRUCK NEXT DAY FOR SERVICE. END OF THE DAY I WAS TOLD BY SHOP MANAGER NOTHING WRONG WITH TRUCK BUT THEY RECOMMENDED CHANGING THE TRANSFER CASE OIL FOR $140. WHEN I SAID THE RECOMMENDED SERVICE IS 50K MILES I WAS TOLD WELL IT'S A GM BULLITIN TO DO SOONER. I ASKED WHY I HAD TO PAY THE $140 AND WAS TOLD ITS CONSIDERED MAINTENCE. ASKING IF IT WOULD FIX THE TRUCK THEY SAID "NOT SURE" AND WHEN I SAID I COULD CHANGE THE OIL FOR AROUND $20, SO HOW ABOUT SINCE IT WAS WAY BEFORE SERVICE DATE THEY FIX UNDER WARRANTY I WAS TOLD NO. WHEN I SAID HOW ABOUT YOU CHANGE IT, IF IT STOPS CLUNKING I PAY IF IT DOESNT YOU PAY AND KEEP TRYING TO FIX IT I WAS TOLD ITS NOT WARRANTY PARTS, STILL MY COST. 2 DAYS LATER CALLED GENERAL MOTORS CUSTOMER COMPLAINT 866-486-6376, ASKING WHY HERTRICH EASTON DOESNT KNOW WHY MY WHEEL SOUNDS LIKE ITS ABOUT TO FALL OFF AT 37000 MILES.... This past week we visited Hertrich in Easton. We were interested in a used Cadillac SRX on their lot. We were explicit and mentioned many times that we didnt want to waste anyones time. We knew the car interested in a used Cadillac SRX on their lot. We were explicit and mentioned many times that we didnt want to waste anyones time. We knew the car, didnt have to test drive, we JUST wanted to know if they could hit the price we wanted The sales person took our pricing down, they test drove our car(to assess trade in value), and we left. We told them call us if they can work out a deal that meets our perameters. The salesman called later that evening and said the manager wants us come in and test drive and then we can talk numbers. We trusted that if they could not meet our price they would have been honest and let us know at that point. We returned to the dealership, test drove the car, and they kept us in a "car salesman" type loop--with the salesman leaving to have the "talk" with the sales manager 2-3 times. We were in the dealership for 2 hours and still didnt know the pricing of the car. Finally, after our losing patience, the sales manager came over and explained that our hopes for pricing were "thousands of dollars" from where it needed to be and turned and left. The fact that they couldn't meet our pricing was not the issue. It was the level of dishonesty, run-around, and lack of consideration of our time. As informed consumers, I truly thought transparency of pricing would be upfront and honest I would like to add that our Salesman was very likable, he seemed caught in the middle. Even referred to himself as an "advocate" for us. I am unsure why you should need an advocate when buying a car...however he did seems to act on our behalf. More
My salesperson, Chris Dorsey was very professional & knowledgeable of the Buick products/features. She works very hard at getting you the vehicle that you really want. She also takes the time to liste knowledgeable of the Buick products/features. She works very hard at getting you the vehicle that you really want. She also takes the time to listen and very helpful in answering questions. I highly recommend Chris Dorsey at Heritage in Easton, if you are in the market for a new or used GM product. More
