Awful I had my car for engine replacement. As soon as I get my car the radiator hose clamp did not tighten enough and after 30 miles when I got to Costco the lower radiator hose took off and As soon as I get my car the radiator hose clamp did not tighten enough and after 30 miles when I got to Costco the lower radiator hose took off and all the coolant liquid pour off. I was lucky no one there and it didn’t hurt anyone. Also the engine oil level is low. I feel that it’s because of they didn’t charge me so they did not give a good services, just they want to do the work as soon as it possible. I’ll never buy a Kia anytime in future…!!! More

I wasn't expecting to have my care kept for about 8 days. I also had to call in a couple of times to get an update (trying to plan my days without knowing when the car would be available) instead of being called. The clunky shifting of the gears is better now, but it's not back to what I remember as 'normal'. Reversing is still rough around the edges, so to speak. It just might be as good as is possible considering the car's age. I greatly appreciated the technician taking the time to answer my questions, especially explaining about the bolts holding the engine in place. That knowledge helped me make decisions and to better understand the chronology of the troubleshooting work being done. I was also kindly advised that I need new tires and will be completing that recommendation this month; much appreciated! More
Edgar explained the repair and listened patiently as i voiced my concerns. He showed interest and he assured me all will be taken care of. I told him i drove to NJ night before using Carplay navi and it stop working next day after the accident when i attempted to use it to drive to New York.... I told him that was strange.... So my Carplay Navi is still nit working. More
