We had a wonderful experience at Herson’s Kia, it was by far the best car purchase/lease experience we had had in the past 9 years. We never felt pressured or rushed to make any decisions, all the staff were very open and transparent with us, and they were very patient in answering all our questions and staying with us way beyond closing time to make sure we were satisfied with before committing to the purchase and lease. All the staff made our experience stress free and enjoyable. Our experience was so good that we got two cars from them!!! More

Came in to see what the 'refill inverter fluid' message was all about. Turns out there was a factory recall they never told me about. They performed the recall service but messed it up the first time and I was all about. Turns out there was a factory recall they never told me about. Also, on the sheet they give you about what the car needs, the front tires were marked yellow and the back tires green. When I came in to get the front tires replaced they told me I needed back tires as well. I pointed to the green check marks for the back tires. I was told you you can't go by that, you have to look at the measurements give further down on the sheet. Nonsense, nobody is going to do that! More
