Unethical Sales Practices Wanted to purchase a vehicle listed online (their website). Called to explain that I was interested in purchasing and if I could put a deposit down a Wanted to purchase a vehicle listed online (their website). Called to explain that I was interested in purchasing and if I could put a deposit down as I live in eastern OH. Sales manager said that the vehicle was coming in the next day and were not taking deposits on it. So I explained that I was willing to purchase the vehicle today (I have preordered and purchased off plenty of other dealers in the past). He said he would not sell to me until he had the vehicle on the lot. Not sure how you can actually post a vehicle online with a price on it but it not be "for sale" or available to purchase. Needless to say I contacted Kia customer care. They explained that what this dealer was doing was "unethical" however they had no control over how they operate as dealerships are all independently owned. She explained he was probably doing this to get several people to show up the day next day when the car arrived to create somewhat of a "bidding war". I have no problem with a dealer wanting to take advantage of supply by marking up off of MSRP, however, the practice of listing a price but refusing a sale just draw in people to create a bidding war is unethical business practice in my opinion. Stay clear of this dealership. More

Worked hard to get what I wanted The Kia Niro PHEVs are new, and this dealer was smart to get as many in as they could. Even though they didn't have exactly what I wanted, they worke The Kia Niro PHEVs are new, and this dealer was smart to get as many in as they could. Even though they didn't have exactly what I wanted, they worked hard to make sure I could get an interior and exterior color I wanted. Only wish Kia had sent more EXs with light interiors to the East Coast. I can't really comment as to quality of work since the dealership hasn't serviced the vehicle yet, but it was clean with no scratches or dings when I got it. More
Terrible Service I have bought 2 cars now at this dealership. They bought back the first one for major issues, and now my 2015 Optima has major issues. Brought it to the service dept since I bought the car there. They blamed me for all the issues my engine was having and told me they were going to make me pay for all sorts of things before the would go to Kia to request a new engine under warranty. Too bad for them I went to Kia of Bowie who somehow got it done and with no argument or help from me! And I got other non-warranty work done. They lost out on 8K worth of work! Oh well! Will never ever go back or recommend. Very rude and nasty people in their service department. Don't go here, worth driving to Bowie for much nicer people! More

Slimy and shady are a few words that describe the personnel there, not to mention dishonest and extremely unfriendly. Will do and say anything to sell you a car.
