They tried to tell us the car we had for trade in was only worth $2500 saying it was rear ended when we bought it a few years back. B.S. We went to Carmax & they offered $6000. What does that say about this dealer. Would never do business with this dealer after something like that. More

I ended up having the negative equity added to the end back in September 2019. Since my payment was pretty high, I wanted to see my trade-in options this weekend. The first Kia Dealership I went to said that they can offer rebates to cut my negative equity in half, but I would have to come up with the rest. They told me that they could not move forward unless I had the remainder. I went back to Herson's Kia to see what they could do. They offered me a great deal at 0% interest and I would pay $100 less a month. The catch, I will end up adding an additional $10,000 to my already negative balance. So I would end up being upside down a total of $27,000. Luckily, I do not need to trade and I can pay my loan off sooner, however, the offer was extremely predatory. To add insult to injury, the finance manager tried to convince me that it was a great deal. He said that I would end up paying less for the life of the loan because it was with a 0% interest rate. The reality, if I have to trade in sooner than the end of the term, I will be upside down $30,000 at the least. More
I came into the dealership to get it in my tires. After getting it filled, the brought it back and I saw nail it the back passenger tire. They took care of it with no issues at no charge. Really bad dealership, general manager really rude call the police on us because didn’t want to fix a problem. They sell a car that get wet from the front bottom of the passengers and the first tien they s the police on us because didn’t want to fix a problem. They sell a car that get wet from the front bottom of the passengers and the first tien they say it was fix but rains again same thing happen the first time we talk to Kevin the general manager he get mad because he tell him that we didn’t wan the car anymore and he says that it won’t happen again and he give 100% warranty that anything like that would happen, we went the 2nd time and I told him hey what’s going on with the car you give my 100% watt tha and here I’m again he call the police and tell me to get out of the dealership because his gonna but charges on me Never buy no cars here’s they are on bad condition and the general manager don’t help at all More

Unethical Sales Practices Wanted to purchase a vehicle listed online (their website). Called to explain that I was interested in purchasing and if I could put a deposit down a Wanted to purchase a vehicle listed online (their website). Called to explain that I was interested in purchasing and if I could put a deposit down as I live in eastern OH. Sales manager said that the vehicle was coming in the next day and were not taking deposits on it. So I explained that I was willing to purchase the vehicle today (I have preordered and purchased off plenty of other dealers in the past). He said he would not sell to me until he had the vehicle on the lot. Not sure how you can actually post a vehicle online with a price on it but it not be "for sale" or available to purchase. Needless to say I contacted Kia customer care. They explained that what this dealer was doing was "unethical" however they had no control over how they operate as dealerships are all independently owned. She explained he was probably doing this to get several people to show up the day next day when the car arrived to create somewhat of a "bidding war". I have no problem with a dealer wanting to take advantage of supply by marking up off of MSRP, however, the practice of listing a price but refusing a sale just draw in people to create a bidding war is unethical business practice in my opinion. Stay clear of this dealership. More

Even though they didn't have exactly what I wanted, they worke The Kia Niro PHEVs are new, and this dealer was smart to get as many in as they could. Even though they didn't have exactly what I wanted, they worked hard to make sure I could get an interior and exterior color I wanted. Only wish Kia had sent more EXs with light interiors to the East Coast. I can't really comment as to quality of work since the dealership hasn't serviced the vehicle yet, but it was clean with no scratches or dings when I got it. More
Terrible Service I have bought 2 cars now at this dealership. They bought back the first one for major issues, and now my 2015 Optima has major issues. Brought it to the service dept since I bought the car there. They blamed me for all the issues my engine was having and told me they were going to make me pay for all sorts of things before the would go to Kia to request a new engine under warranty. Too bad for them I went to Kia of Bowie who somehow got it done and with no argument or help from me! And I got other non-warranty work done. They lost out on 8K worth of work! Oh well! Will never ever go back or recommend. Very rude and nasty people in their service department. Don't go here, worth driving to Bowie for much nicer people! More
