Recently visited Herson's Kia a few times over the past month. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I worked directly with Matthew Hunter, first in looking at and test driving a hybrid SUV with my wif month. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Although I ultimately ended up deciding on, and purchasing a different manufacturers EV, I liked the dealership and working with Matt. About three weeks later, I was in the market for a certified used car for my daughter, and found a great deal on a vehicle we desired. We did a couple of test drives over a two day period, while I did some further research. Herson's is located very conveniently for future servicing, and were easy to work with. Matt communicated very effectively, answered any questions, and was low-key in making the sale very easy and satisfying. There was no pressure and we purchased the vehicle and completed a trade-in in just under two hours! More

I had it towed on Friday, and they first told me that it was in the body shop that was closed until Monday. I was very upset and told them I needed a car. None was available. My experience here was nothing short of amazing! Diego was very attentive and responsive.. I could go on and on, but if you visit this location, it’s a MUST you ask for Diego. I scheduled an appointment on Saturday, September 4 at 1 pm to see and test a Hyunday Santa Fe 2017. I arrived 30 minutes earlier to find the car was being tested by a walk-in customer. I waited for about 10 minutes and as soon as the other customer finished testing the car the salesperson gave us the key to test it. It took us 10 -15 minutes driving around and as soon as arrived back at the dealership the other salesperson informed that the car was sold! I was surprised and said I had made an appointment and drove from Virginia for 1 hour to see this specific car! The manager came out and said "I'm sorry! I hope this will not happen to other people and that's why I want to put out this review. I was disappointed by the way I was treated. To me this was unproffesional cbad ustomer service! More
