We had a good experience at Herson's Kia. James Wyatt took great care of us and when he wasn't around, other people at the dealership chipped in and helped with what we needed. James was straightforward in the negotiating process and helpful in the leasing process. He helped us learn what we needed to know about the car (electric - we've never had an electric car) and offered to help if anything comes up in the future. We enjoyed dealing with John and Herson's.
