Herson's Kia

I have the problem with the financial salesperson. I recieved the BuyerDocs. Zip file. I can't open it. I ask him the BuyerDocs print out. I got a few first pages I can read. The rest can not read. I email and message to request the second print out or another BuyerDocs without password. So I can open and print out by myself. But I got no answers. I spend 50,000 dollars for tha car. I suppose to happy with the dealer Hersons. Sorry I just give 3 stars. Thank you the dealer give me a change to tell about my problem and my feeling. More
