I came for a routine oil change and upon returning home the oil leaked. I have a new Kia with about 15,000 miles. The oil leaked all over my driveway. I had to come back the next day and waited two hours f the oil leaked. I have a new Kia with about 15,000 miles. The oil leaked all over my driveway. I had to come back the next day and waited two hours for the car to be fixed. The front person was nice, but no apologies or compensation (like a free oil change next time) was offered. Ultimately, I was at the Kia for over 6 hours between the two days and I have had to scrip my driveway. The manager was supposed to call me to make it right. Never did. Very unfortunate. Will go elsewhere next time. More
