I own a 2019 k900 and recently received a recall notice to upgrade an oil feed line for the left turbo. Unfortunately, the closest dealer that handles warranty issues is over 2 hours from me. My service advisor, Mr. Arturo Campos spoke with Mr. Joshua Kazlowski, the Fixed Operations Director and they made calls on my behalf and were able to perform the recall and other necessary warranty work. I was very appreciative! I've had my k900 serviced at Herson's since I've owned it and have been very satisfied with Mr. Arturo Campos and the service department. They are quick, thorough, affordable, and I trust him. The techs are top notch as well. Not only is the work done quickly, but I've never seen so much as a smudge from a tool or glove inside my car. I also keep my engine bay clean and have never seen any spillage of liquids or indications of a rushed repair. When I replaced my rear sunshade the interior of the car was pristine when the techs were done, and that's a big job. The technicians that have worked on my car since 6/22 are 865, 925, 505, 800, and 869. (Thank you) I drive past several Kia dealerships to have my car serviced there and will continue to do so. I believe the drive is worth it. More

Great experience, they were able to obtain the specific trim/color that we were interested in from another dealership in a timely manner and at a competitive price.
