Came in for two recall items and an oil change and tire rotation that was scheduled weeks ago. Pretty stunned to learn that the parts for the recalls were not here waiting and actually have to be ordered. rotation that was scheduled weeks ago. Not sure how parts are not set aside when recall appointments are made so they're here when people show up for their appointment. Sat here for 30 minutes while they investigated and tried to see if another dealer had any that they could send or if they could be borrowed from other upcoming appointments, but there were none. So now I'm told it'll take a few days to get them in. This is not the end of the world, and not a crisis, but we've come to expect much better from Herson's over 25+ years of car buying and servicing. I will try to make time later this week to come back and do this all over again. Hoping they will provide the oil change and tire rotation at no cost as a courtesy. I know stuff happens, but this kind of thing really shouldn't. More
