When Herson's service completed the recall work, the backup camera and radio unit was broken, to which they admitted no fault. No apology, just that it would be very expensive to replace. I waited and was pleasantly surprised when the service was done with the 1.5 time frame. Would highly recommend Herson's Kia. More
