Herson's Kia

Very poor service, Went there for oil change but got scammed for paying AC filter replacement, I have and extended warranty that covers electrical , but the service attendant insisted that I pay for fau scammed for paying AC filter replacement, I have and extended warranty that covers electrical , but the service attendant insisted that I pay for faulty blinker electrical problem. This was the worst customer service that I ever received. I will definitely not be going to service at the Herson Kia location anymore. More

This was just a check up on my EV car. I did ask to have them look at my trunk and they really didn’t figure it out. Also, when I got home, I could not open up the car with my hands. When Herson's service completed the recall work, the backup camera and radio unit was broken, to which they admitted no fault. No apology, just that it would be very expensive to replace.
