I have had the worst experience practically every time I am at the dealership. The lack of customer service from the call to the service center by the customer service team to the lack of experience by the am at the dealership. I have not believed when I called over and over again with the same issues. I am to the point that I don't ever want to return there and need to find another Kia dealership to go to. The only person there that is even remotely helpful is Arturo in Service Department. More
