Edgar explained the repair and listened patiently as i voiced my concerns. He showed interest and he assured me all will be taken care of. I wasn't expecting to have my care kept for about 8 days. I also had to call in a couple of times to get an update (trying to plan my days without knowing when the car would be available) instead of being called. The clunky shifting of the gears is better now, but it's not back to what I remember as 'normal'. Reversing is still rough around the edges, so to speak. It just might be as good as is possible considering the car's age. I greatly appreciated the technician taking the time to answer my questions, especially explaining about the bolts holding the engine in place. That knowledge helped me make decisions and to better understand the chronology of the troubleshooting work being done. I was also kindly advised that I need new tires and will be completing that recommendation this month; much appreciated! More
