Sales experience was fine. Follow-up on fixing an issue with our new vehicle was non-existent. I've have gotten better service in the pass. This time not so good. Employees going back and forward about thier work schedule. Then was told my cabin filter was dirty. Awful I had my car for engine replacement. As soon as I get my car the radiator hose clamp did not tighten enough and after 30 miles when I got to Costco the lower radiator hose took off and As soon as I get my car the radiator hose clamp did not tighten enough and after 30 miles when I got to Costco the lower radiator hose took off and all the coolant liquid pour off. I was lucky no one there and it didn’t hurt anyone. Also the engine oil level is low. I feel that it’s because of they didn’t charge me so they did not give a good services, just they want to do the work as soon as it possible. I’ll never buy a Kia anytime in future…!!! More
Everyone was very pleasant but I was assigned a nice young guy who knew nearly nothing about the car or the process of selling a car. This resulted in countless trips to “ask my manager”. I think my rating would be higher if I had been assigned a more knowledgeable sales associate… but this is as accurate a rating I can give given the circumstances. Another glitch was when I asked to come back for a small mechanical question, I was told there were no openings in the service department for two weeks. That seems like an inordinate length of time to get a small issue dealt with. More
