We had a great customer service experience at Herson's Kia. We went to several dealerships in the DMV and found Herson's to be the most straightforward. I can't trust this dealership with truth and transparency. My last two experiences with Hersons kia has left me thinking I need to find a different dealership. I had my first paid service after transparency. My last two experiences with Hersons kia has left me thinking I need to find a different dealership. I had my first paid service after my first two years complimentary service. I was told I was in the yellow for my filter change, and I could do it on the next service. I went 1 week and a few days later for recall update I was told my filter needed changing. The next service would have come up way longer then a week and a few days , so why did they not change it then.That got me thinking that in my two years before what did they lie about doing and it wasn't done I paid $238 for what. A little oil change check my tires and some other stuff they probably claim to do which they didn't. The recall update took 3hrs of my time for kia's recall issue which as nothing to do with me but their failures to do things right the first time kia'a mistakes, so I ask for a complimentary wash and vacuum which was promised. When I got my viechle back I was told it was washed and vacuum it was also on my overview reciept paper of what was done to the viechle wash, and vacuum was on the paper receipt.My Telluride was in the same condition I gave it to them it was only wet on the outside. No proper wash was done, vacuum what vacuum? and yet that was told to me and it was on receipt paper. I cannot trust Hersons kia to do anything they say they have done. If you lie about little things it's hard for me to trust them on big things. More
