Darren is an excellent listener, very professional, anticipating our wants and needs in a new vehicle. He is aware of my retirement budget; he never attempts to pressure me into a car that I can't afford. In the past, other dealerships have tried to intimidate me (a woman) to buy a more expensive model than I wanted or could pay for, not allowing me to test drive other options. Herrnstein's staff works with several lending institutions to find a loan that best works with my budget. I feel respected and valued as a female customer. I test drive without my husband, I make my decisions without my husband, I pay for my car myself. Why do some salesmen at other dealerships speak to the man when I am buying the car???
