Getting my Sonata serviced at Herrnstein Hyundai is always a pain-free experience. The service advisors always listen to my concerns and take time to explain what the service will entail. They update y always a pain-free experience. The service advisors always listen to my concerns and take time to explain what the service will entail. They update you on the progress of your service. They have a great customer lounge to wait in while your vehicle is being serviced. The entire staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with. I had a friend with me on my last service and she was very impressed with the dealership. More

I appreciated all of the help but I asked to not see the vehicle before being approved and they kept trying to push it. I also wish I could have left my youngest child with someone else but no one was able vehicle before being approved and they kept trying to push it. Though not their fault by any means. The buying process is already stressful. We sat there for so long that the patiencecof my toddler was thinned. I offered to come back in with the money for the vehicle I wanted but was turned down for that one. I was happy to get a vehicle after all though it was a slap in the face when one was brought out with horrible body damage and not third row as I had requested. They even asked me if I really wanted third row? After I had told them that I needed a third row because we have 4 children. It felt like I wasn't being listened to. I get it you need a sale, but what happened to appealing to your customer? Draw them in? Relate to them? And listen to them! I don't expect anyone else to be able to do what I can't. I would be a horrible nurse if I didn't not listen to what my patients had to say and rather just go with the flow of what I care about. I was happy to have such a huge discount. But was also disappointed with the cleanup of the vehicle. Even if it was an improvement from what we saw at first the windows were still a mess it looked like kids had wiped their fingers on them and still dog fur allover it. Overall I am happy with the help they did provide since due to me already having a car payment I was turned down elsewhere. So then even getting me into a vehicle was great. They just need to try to relate to their customers better. More
