Did not address all issues that I wanted. I waited 3 weeks to get an appointment. That’s not acceptable. You are forced to use that service Dept or it will void your warranty. Due to a scheduling conflict my teenager took our Hyundai ELANTRA in for the scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Should have been very basic and uneventful visit. however the professionals present advi ELANTRA in for the scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Should have been very basic and uneventful visit. however the professionals present advised the air filter and cabin filter be changed. She was unable to connect with her father or I immediately so asked cost and was told $60ish. Figuring the upstanding professionals would not mislead her she agreed to the filter change. Final cost for the filter change came to $126! Needless to say she was surprised and worried as to how to pay. Thankfully, she had emergency provisions available. However, it is poor form to encourage someone other than the car owner to make decisions regarding auto maintenance, not to mention the extremely poor customer support to quote one price and charge a much higher fee. Unacceptable abuse of situation. Extreme up charge for basic maintenance. Took advantage of naïve child. More
