I grew up in the auto dealership world and know how it can be, Trust is a huge factor with a purchase of this size and I feel safe in every aspect of my deal. Check out windshield washer fluid light on Warm personable service. I had made and appointment so I was provided a nice user car which makes having to bring in a car for service much more convenient. If I had one "gripe" it would be that the user car was extremely low on gas and I felt I needed to add some gas just to get to work and back to the dealership. I probably would have made it fine but I'm not the type person that is comfortable when the gas gauge is really low. All in all, as usual with you folks, you folks make a necessary task (getting car serviced) as easy and comfortable as possible. By the way, got the car back much cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. Thanks so much for that. . . Stan Humphreys More
