Fake smile and speckled business practice If you walk to this dealership with good credit and lots of cash you would think these are the most wonderful people. I bought two new cars from them and I signed all the paperwork electronically and did not review them carefully. When I later expressed my concern about the maintenance contract, their smile disappeared, the finance manager was rude and the general manager became very unpleasant. They charged me $1535 for four basic oil change and tire rotation and hundreds of dollars for bogus fees. Stay away from this dealership, there are five other Lexus dealers within 3 hours or less driving distance from Jackson in Memphis, Mobile, Birmingham, New Orleans, and Shreveport. More

Extremely accommodating We took our LS500 in for its10,000 mile service and to check a gear problem we were having. As usual, Gay was her accomodating and cheerful self. He gave us a loaner overnight and drove our car himself to try to isolate and resolve the problem. Everyone involved was extremely helpful. More

On my most recent visit Josh (Lexus Service Representative) and Alan (Lexus Service Technician) were great when meeting with me to explain (clearly) the issue and to offer various options in order to remedy the problem in the most cost efficient way possible. Mathias (Lexus Audio Expert) was also very personable with his assistance of help to address the problem. By far the best overall car buying experience we have ever had.
