Customer Service that reall...y takes care of the customer! I live over 90 miles from the Herrin Gear Dealership and servicing our car is a priority to us.. After arriviing for our appointment we were presented I live over 90 miles from the Herrin Gear Dealership and servicing our car is a priority to us.. After arriviing for our appointment we were presented a loaner vehicle for the day. They called to notify us that our vehicle was ready, but did not have to rush. We finished our day and returned around 4:30. The service department was very kind and supportive of our needs as well as the cars needs. Didn't sit at the dealership 3 or 4 hours while the car was serviced. Thanks Herrin Gear Infiniti for taking care of the customer's needs too. More
