Deceitful dealership - buyer beware If there is anything wrong with a used car, they will NOT disclose it to the seller. If you do not discover any issues prior to purchase, they will NOT fix them after purchase even if they are discovered immediately after delivery. Do not think that a CARFAX or any other info they provide is correct. They will not disclose damage to a vehicle, they will not report any damage they find, they will cover it up cosmetically. Do not buy from a used car from them without a thorough third party independent inspection from a mechanic or dealership you trust. If you can not make a pre-delivery inspection, do not buy from them. They will lie about the condition of a vehicle if they think they can get away with it. If you are a local buyer, you are better off driving to Brandon, MS than dealing with these people. If you are from out of state, you are better off shooting yourself in the foot. BUYER BEWARE - THESE GUYS ARE COMPLETELY DECEITFUL. More

Best car buying experience I have ever had! Having purchased a few new cars over the years I have had my fair share of terrible and unbearable experiences at car dealerships. So when I was in the market for a new Infiniti a buddy of mine recommended calling Mr. Shanehan Westphal at Herrin-Gear Infiniti. Well after pricing a few local dealers I decided to make the call to Herrin-Gear. Shanehan was accommodating and very professional throughout the whole process. I explained my situation, explained the prices I had received from other dealers and I also informed him of how much I was looking forward to the car buying experience (due to past experiences). Needless to say all my prayers had been answered by calling Mr. Westphal! I am not exaggerating when I tell you that I had not stepped foot on the car lot before, but with a few phone calls and the online credit application, My new G37 IPL was clean and ready for delivery when we got to the dealership! I was blown away. Never has car buying even been so simple and actually enjoyable! Signed our paperwork and we were on the road in out beautiful new Infiniti! Actions speak louder than words and since then we have bought another Infiniti Q50 from Shanehan and we will be back when it is time for a new one again! Herrin-Gear is a 3 hour ride from New Orleans where we live also but its worth the ride! More

It was every bit as GREAT. The entire Infiniti team at Herrin-Gear worked to put us in an exceptional 2013 J35 in a day!!
