QUALITY SERVICE Randy Walker, Service Representative, was available and waiting for my arrival. I had called and he had assured me that my vehicle would receive the Randy Walker, Service Representative, was available and waiting for my arrival. I had called and he had assured me that my vehicle would receive the required service. He explained the services to be provided and gave me an estimate of costs and time it would take for service to be provided. Since I am a regular customer, my vehicle was in the system and it was easy for Mr. Walker to refer to my regularly scheduled services. He also reminded me of the free wash services that were available. I was referred to the customer's waiting room where there were refreshments and accommodations for individuals needed access to internet services. The total experience was very professional. Everyone was friendly and courteous. More
