Schedule Appointments Make A World of Difference I really appreciate this service department. The service technician was excellent as he explained the issue with my vehicle. I had a local company per I really appreciate this service department. The service technician was excellent as he explained the issue with my vehicle. I had a local company perform an oil change on my car which was a terrible mistake so I had to take it in to Herrin Gear to get the Skid Plates align correctly. I will not make that mistake again. Make an appointment, you'll get right in! More

worst infiniti dealership ever had to deal with I've owned Infiniti since 2003, this is the third dealership I have dealt with in 3 states. Worst experience of the three. Long wait times if you wa I've owned Infiniti since 2003, this is the third dealership I have dealt with in 3 states. Worst experience of the three. Long wait times if you wait on it for oil change (2+hrs), drop off, no follow up phone call. Of the 6 or so times I've been in for service, I only remember 1 time having a good experience, nice service adviser, etc. Unfortunately he was only there the one time, must have moved on. More
