I'm from out of town traveling when we had a failure on my qx56. We called the dealer service about noon in advance of us getting there, (they remembered my call) they got my vehicle in that same afternoon and had it repaired before close of business. The technician and the service coordinator were all very knowledgeable and everyone was very friendly offering extra help several different times and checking back with me while I was waiting. Even charged my dead cell phone while I was waiting for my vehicle to be repaired. I have not been in a dealer service area in the past 51 years since I do all my work myself so I have no comparison but they did it like I would do it if It was my service department. Thanks to everyone that helped us complete our trip with minimal upset. More
