When it was time to settle up for the initial service he shared that the technician noted that my rear braked pads should be replaced and asked if I wanted to take care of it at the same time. Once again, in less than an hour, I was on my way. This is why Infiniti will continue to service my wife's convertible and my SUV! Thanks, Randy!! More

Service representative great Service representative, Sonoma, was very nice and efficient. I certainly appreciated the free car wash/vacuum but I would not recommend it as a plus. Easy purchase experience I came to the dealership with the intention of upgrading my wife's QX 80 truck. She has been pleased with the vehicle but wanted one with a few more f I came to the dealership with the intention of upgrading my wife's QX 80 truck. She has been pleased with the vehicle but wanted one with a few more features. I was not in my wife's truck but told the salesman exactly what I was intending to do. Keith Woodbury told me what to do and that's what I did. I picked the color scheme that my wife was looking for. He located the truck and told me when it would be delivered to me. The entire process was done over the phone. I have never experienced service like that before. Usually you are waiting at the dealership for at least 3 to 4 hours but this car purchase was truly amazing. I would recommend the dealership and Keith Woodberry to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new car. More
