Quality personnel striving to satisfy you the customer. I have been a Herrin Gear Infiniti customer since 2011. We now have two Infinitis. During this time we have interacted with multiple people all of whom have striven to provide us with superior customer service. Naturally most of our interactions have been with the Service department. Not because the is a problem with one of our vehicles, but because we are following the maintenance schedule. I always try to work with Randy Walker because he has taken such good care of our vehicles. He always checks their maintenance history to ensure we do obtain the correct maintenance and we don't receive unnecessary or repeat maintenance. More

Great Customer Service I was greeted by Ms. Tricia Montgomery when I drove into the service department with a very big smile and a desire to help. Once I told her that I ha I was greeted by Ms. Tricia Montgomery when I drove into the service department with a very big smile and a desire to help. Once I told her that I had an appointment she immediately took responsible for making sure that I was comfortable and asked if I needed anything. I asked for Mr. James Ayers and she explained to me that she would let him know that I had arrived. Upon meeting Mr. Ayers he explained to me that he would have my issue handled and offered to clean my vehicle before bringing back to me. I accepted and from there on it was just a wonderful experience. I was taken into the waiting area where I was offered complimentary juice and snacks. My vehicle was serviced and cleaned. Mr. Ayers explained the procedure and made sure that everything was acceptable before I really appreciate the great service and the friendly faces and wonderful personalities along with the A+ service. More
