I can truly say that my experience with this dealership has been phenomenal from the salesperson who sold me my vehicle to the service department who has done the maintenance. However, I must say that the lack of available courtesy vehicles is an issue. They don't usually have one unless you schedule an appointment 2 to 3 weeks out. THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING. More

Terrance Burnett, salesman, was excellent. He showed us various makes and models, answered all our questions, explained advantages of each and did not over sale or become pushy.
