I had an afternoon appointment because the morning appointments were all booked. They had a cancellation had the courtesy of calling to see if I wanted it and I did! Mr. Coleman took excellent care appointments were all booked. They had a cancellation had the courtesy of calling to see if I wanted it and I did! Mr. Coleman took excellent care of me making sure I was updated on all phases. Pastor Ayers also came through checking on everyone in the waiting area making sure that everyone was being taken care of in the spirit of excellence. Because of an issue I was having but was not detected in the inspection, I was called later to make sure everything was still running correctly. I really appreciate the Herrin-Gear Service Staff! I would not go anywhere else. More
