The service agent did a great job! My concern is with the over pricing. Each item was charge as if I brought my vehicle to the repair at on different trips. My vehicle was already on the rack and the suggested items of repair such as brake fluid, coolant, and etc. were all at ridicules prices....over $150 each. What's odd is you guys only service my car. I just had an old change...but now all my fluids are low. I wish there was another dealer in this area or near by. Infiniti really need to be monitor for inflated/bloated pricing. More

I had an afternoon appointment because the morning appointments were all booked. They had a cancellation had the courtesy of calling to see if I wanted it and I did! Mr. Coleman took excellent care of me making sure I was updated on all phases. Pastor Ayers also came through checking on everyone in the waiting area making sure that everyone was being taken care of in the spirit of excellence. Because of an issue I was having but was not detected in the inspection, I was called later to make sure everything was still running correctly. I really appreciate the Herrin-Gear Service Staff! I would not go anywhere else. More
