I’m not satisfied with this dealership at all. My car still suppose to be under warranty. My mileage is under 50,000. I brought my car in because a light came on in the dash & they supposedly ran My car still suppose to be under warranty. My mileage is under 50,000. I brought my car in because a light came on in the dash & they supposedly ran a diagnostic. They said the reason the light was on was because the camera was out of adjustment. They say the reason the camera was out of adjustment was because the bracket was bent. Then said for the bracket to be bent, it had to be something I done so my warranty isn’t/wasn’t going to cover it. After they so called changed the fixed bracket, I asked for the bracket back that supposedly be bent that they took off/replaced. After getting the bracket back & reviewing it, I seen no signs of the bracket being bent. This dealership just beat me out of $967.63 for something that supposed to be under warranty. I told them that the light came on after washing the car which it did. If washing a car can bend a bracket that’s behind the fascia then they need to stop producing this type of car. Today is Friday & everything is closed right now so I’m calling the Business Bureau first thing Monday morning to let them know what went on & show them the part that supposedly be bent. More
