Service personell were nice and kept me informed about auto. I have used Herrin-Gear's service of my autos in past and was always satisfied with way I was treated and service given to my auto. Oil change took 1 1/2 hrs for an oil change. Was disappointed they did not vacuume car. I can get an oil change in Clinton that takes 15 - 20 min. and they vac took 1 1/2 hrs for an oil change. I also have a Lincoln and took it to Vicksburg Ford for service and they vacuumed and washed my car. More

Tires - not on site - took close to 4 hours :( I called a week earlier. Fod said the tires would be on site before my appt. He lied. I waited close to 4 hours.
